WSJ: Rare Earths Plants Are Popping Up Outiside of China
New report in the Wall Street Journal details why REEs are getting traction outside of China

Nano Fixation is part of the global effort to sustain limited supplies of critical metals, including rare earth elements (REEs). As The Wall Street Journal reported on May 20 ("Rare Earths Processing Plants Pop Up Outside of China"), processing of REEs is a strategic priority for the U.S.
Nano Fixation will soon launch its proprietary process that expands surface area of metals by two orders of magnitude. This will drive down the cost of using critical metals like iridium, platinum and palladium and of REEs like neodymium and dysprosium by one half – a significant decrease for industries that use such metals.
Adding up all of the demand in these industries suggests that our market opportunity is a quarter of a trillion dollars.
